* Minimum of $350 per day for 1 to 50 miles and less than 3hrs
* Minimum of $475 per day for 51 to 100 miles and less than 6hrs
* Minimum of $600 per day for 101 to 325 miles and less than 12hrs
(Less than 325 miles and over 12hrs will be $85 per each additional hour)
* Minimum of $550 per day for 0 to 100 miles and less than 6hrs
* Minimum of $715 per day for 101 to 325 miles and less than 12hrs
(Less than 325 miles and over 12hrs will be $95 per each additional hour)
** This fee is to compensate our driver for evening expenses and is at the driver's discretion how it will be utilized. In certain areas and/or on certain dates (e.g. March in Tampa, FL), motel/hotel rates may be higher. If a 2.5-star or better motel/hotel room is not available for $120 per night within 15 miles from where the load stops for the day, this fee will be the actual amount paid (including fees & taxes) for the lowest priced 2.5-star or better motel/hotel room available in that area (copy of listings and receipt to be provided).
Tolls are included. If the total cost of tolls is more than 2% of billable miles, tolls will be billed at the actual cost.
